New York Fashion Week kicks off on Thursday! This is the most anticipated time of year when hundreds of model from a plethora of agencies descend upon showrooms across NYC for the chance to be “the one”. Our favorite part of our show preparation is casting. The energy in our showroom was through the roof this weekend. We love seeing returning models who are everything but strangers and fresh new faces to add to the variety of the runway. Models of all shapes and sizes brought their A-game and walked fiercely. The ones that make the show have to look the part, but also be the part. To help with casting the most fearless and bad ass of the bunch, we work with the legendary John James. Him and Nicole have worked together for years and have a magical formula of getting the best possible selection for our show. Now all that’s left is decisions, decisions!

Emily Brickel Edelson of Chic Sketch is our go-to for fashion illustrations. We collaborate with her whenever we want to add a new two-dimension to our fashion shows.
