The Fashinnovation event created by husband and wife team Jordana and Marcelo Guimaraes held on September 4, at The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC was the calm before the storm this years NYFW. Our very own Chic Sketch Co-founder Emily Brickel Edelson had the wonderful opportunity to moderate a panel involving fashion, technology, pop culture and new trends! The event consisted of entrepreneurs who not only have a passion for innovation, but also revolutionizing the fashion industry by using technology and pop culture to drive change! Panelists Michael Savarie: Sustainability Enterprise Catalyst, Hemp Black and Natalie Concord: CTO Cowboys expressed their strategies for maintaining a successful brand within today’s fast paced culture.
